1) Ensure

We're continuously enhancing our programs, adding new features
and fixing old problems. It's possible that the problem that you're
having has already been fixed. Here's how to tell if you're using
the latest version of our software: Click the "help"
item in the menu bar at the top of the screen. In the drop-down
menu, click "about". You'll see the version of the software
that you're using.
2) Browse
our support pages by product
3) Post a
new topic or search topics on our pcesoft.com
community message board.
4) If you
have trouble entering your new key, please use the right-click
Copy/Paste functions, for each of the 3 key fields, to avoid typos.
Also, the keys ARE case-sensitive ("ABC" is not the
same as "abc"), and extra space at the end or incorrect
case will cause the registration to fail.
5) While
in our software, click Help, Contents and Index. Search for a
keyword that might assist in answering your question.
